Angelica Fuchs is a freelance writer and game writer. She attended Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA, where she received her MA in English. Her primary research focus was archetypal, mythos, and game studies, the latter of which she applied to her thesis, The Player’s Journey: Ludology and Narratology in Modern Gaming. While attending VCU, she worked on the literary journal Blackbird where she assisted in building the Fall 2016 issue. Angelica worked with Firaxis on the game Civilization VI: Rise and Fall, which was released in February of 2018 and is currently working with FableLabs on an unannounced title. She spends her time writing fiction and creating games using Twine, ChoiceScript, and other narrative design programs.
